    One of the easiest ways to help steer Tri Sigma forward is to pay your alumnae dues through the annual or lifetime dues program. Now, more than ever, it is imperative we showcase the long-lasting value of being a Sigma and help our collegiate chapters be as competitive as possible on their respective campuses. Alumnae dues play a vital role in our ability to provide an exceptional member experience and help ensure the future of Tri Sigma. We are incredibly grateful for the alumnae to help make Tri Sigma the very best it can be by paying alumnae dues! Members must be logged into Sigma Connect pay. If it’s your first time accessing Sigma Connect or you have trouble logging in, click “Forgot Username or Password/Reset locked account” and follow the instructions for initiated members. Here are just a few things alumnae dues support and steer Tri Sigma ever forward: Resources and staffing for recruitment and expansion efforts, alumnae chapters, and national events. Leadership and personal development—including officer and volunteer training, member programming, and harm prevention education. Technology to support chapter training and operations, national events, and chapter websites. Printing and production of our magazine, The Triangle. The care and preservation of our archives. How much are alumnae dues? Effective Dec. 1, 2023, annual alumnae dues are $50/year. Lifetime dues are $1,898 and may be paid by making a one-time payment of $1,898, or two payments of $94.90 due each year (on Feb. 1 and Aug. 1) for 10 years. Am I required to pay alumnae dues? Membership in Tri Sigma is lifelong and is not dependent on alumnae dues. While alumnae dues are not required to remain in good standing, they are greatly appreciated and play a crucial role in sustaining the strength and longevity of our sisterhood. Please note: National volunteers, housing volunteers, and C.A.B. members must maintain alumnae dues (annual or lifetime) as a requirement of their role. What are the benefits of paying alumnae dues? In addition to the gratification from knowing you are advancing the mission of Tri Sigma, alumnae dues payers, lifetime dues payers, and Ever Forward Members will receive these exclusive benefits: Alumnae dues payers receive: A printed copy of The Triangle magazine A digital issue of The Sigma Scoop , a newsletter exclusively for alumnae dues payers and Ever Forward Members, containing news and updates from NHQ each spring (in non-Convention years) Alumnae Dues Payer name tag ribbon at Convention Lifetime dues payers receive all benefits above, plus: A welcome letter from Executive Council upon enrolling in Lifetime dues payments 15% discount code for use on one purchase per year at Purple & Pearls Recognition on Tri Sigma’s website Convention recognition and name tag ribbon Custom social media graphics to highlight your commitment to Tri Sigma Ever Forward Members Upon completing lifetime dues payments, members will receive a pin and card signifying their status as an Ever Forward Member and begin receiving a printed copy of The Sigma Scoop instead of a digital copy. They will also receive an Ever Forward Member ribbon for their name tag at Convention—in addition to all benefits listed above. How do alumnae dues differ from Foundation donations? Alumnae dues support sorority operations and ensure Tri Sigma’s ability to serve our members. Donations to the Tri Sigma Foundation contribute to philanthropic and charitable causes, scholarships, and leadership development programs that go beyond the internal operations of the sorority. Both are important to the success of our sisterhood, and we are grateful for your generosity! Click here to make a donation to the Foundation. Lifetime Dues FAQ What are lifetime dues? Lifetime dues are a commitment to Tri Sigma; they are a tangible way to demonstrate your dedication and support for the organization for years to come. This commitment involves a one-time payment of $1,898, or a payment plan of $94.90 due twice per year for 10 years. What does it mean to be an Ever Forward Member? Once an alumna has fulfilled their lifetime dues obligation, they become an Ever Forward Member—an exclusive status reserved for Tri Sigmas who have showcased a lifelong commitment to moving the sorority ever forward. Previously, members who had fully paid their lifetime dues were known as Lifetime Alumnae; however, the name was updated to eliminate confusion surrounding lifetime membership in Tri Sigma. All members who have completed lifetime dues payments are now known as Ever Forward Members. What if I enrolled in lifetime dues before Dec. 1, 2023? Effective Dec. 1, 2023, lifetime dues increased to $1,898. Any lifetime dues payers enrolled prior to Dec. 23, 2023, will continue paying toward their initial obligation of $1,050 and will become Ever Forward Members once complete. What if I completed lifetime dues payments before Dec. 1, 2023? Members who have already received a Lifetime Alumna card do not need to remit more dues or replace their current card. I want to become an Ever Forward Member. Can I apply previous annual alumnae dues payments to my lifetime dues amount? No, previous annual alumnae dues payments cannot be applied toward lifetime dues. What happens if I miss a lifetime dues payment? Members who miss two consecutive payments will be converted from lifetime dues payers to annual dues payers. Please note: Members who enrolled in lifetime dues payments before Dec. 1, 2023, and miss two consecutive payments must re-enroll in lifetime dues at the $1,898 rate if they wish to resume payments to become an Ever Forward Member. I am on the lifetime dues payment plan. Can I make additional payments? Yes! Call National Headquarters at 540-459-4212 to make additional payments. Log into Sigma Connect , then scroll down to My Engagement » Alumnae Dues to view past payments. lifetime dues payers can use this information to calculate their remaining lifetime dues balance. Are automatic recurring payments available for annual and lifetime dues? Yes! Choose “Annual Alumnae Dues – Recurring Payments” or “Lifetime Dues – Recurring Payments” from the payment menu depending on which program you would like to participate in. I enrolled in the lifetime dues plan before 2023. Where do I make payments? Members who enrolled in lifetime dues prior to Dec. 1, 2023, use a separate form to make their biannual payments. These members receive an email each February and August with a payment link. I set up automatic recurring payments. When will my card be charged? Annual alumnae dues payers will be charged annually based on the date they enrolled in automatic payments. E.g., if a member enrolls in automatic payments for annual dues on Dec. 10, they will be charged $50 on Dec. 10 each year. Lifetime dues payers will be charged biannually. The first charge is based on the date they enrolled in automatic payments, and the second charge will occur six months after. E.g., if a member enrolls in automatic payments for lifetime dues on Dec. 10, they will be charged $94.90 on Dec. 10 and $94.90 on June 10 each year until they complete lifetime dues payments. The payment form will also display the payment schedule for the next six payments depending on the selected plan. Please review carefully before submitting. Please allow five business days for payments to appear on Sigma Connect. If your payment is still missing, contact NHQ here . My card information changed. How do I update it? Contact NHQ to update your payment information. My automatic recurring payment was declined. What should I do? Contact NHQ to update your payment information. Can I pay it forward for another member? Yes! Click here to pay alumnae dues on behalf of another sister—including recent graduates or volunteers. You can opt to pay alumnae dues for a specific member or allow NHQ to designate your payment toward a sister in need. Can I pay an additional amount as a donation to the sorority? Yes! Additional donations are greatly appreciated as they support sorority operations and ensure Tri Sigma’s ability to serve our members.   • Tri Sigma Foundation Announces 2025-26 Robbie Page Memorial Grant Recipients

    Each year, The Tri Sigma Foundation provides grants to qualified institutions to support therapeutic play or child life programs through the Robbie Page Memorial Fund.   • March of Dimes Names Tri Sigma its 2024 Research Partner of the Year

    March of Dimes CEO Cindy Rahman (center) with leaders of March of Dimes service partner organizations in Washington, D.C. National Vice President Crystal Jones (center right) represented Tri Sigma. Tri Sigma National Sorority has been named the 2024 Research Partner of the Year by March of Dimes, the leading organization fighting for the health of all moms and babies. This prestigious recognition honors Tri Sigma's outstanding dedication to supporting life-saving research that advances maternal and infant health outcomes. “March of Dimes is proud to be a research-focused organization, funding millions of dollars of original scientific research each year, and it is with immense gratitude that we recognize our National Service Partner, Tri Sigma, as our research partner of the year,” said March of Dimes Community Mobilization Director Michaela Penix. Since 2016, Tri Sigma has partnered with March of Dimes with a shared vision to serve children. Member participation in the March for Babies, advocacy work, and donations made through the Tri Sigma Foundation have helped to further life-saving research that will ensure healthy moms and strong babies for generations to come. March of Dimes' five Prematurity Research Centers serve as the cornerstone of the organization's research program, employing some of the most dedicated and accomplished scientists in the world to work on the most difficult and pressing scientific questions in the field—and most importantly, to find answers that will prevent preterm birth and improve outcomes for mothers and babies. “It was inspiring to meet other national service partners of the March of Dimes and hear how their organizations are involved in this important work,” said Tri Sigma National Vice President Crystal Jones who attended a partner brunch and day of action in March of Dimes’ National Headquarters in Washington, D.C. last month. “It feels good to know we are in this fight together to end preventable maternal and infant death, to discover the causes of preterm birth and to achieve birth equity for all mothers.” As one of March of Dimes' 17 National Service Partners, Tri Sigma joins a distinguished group of organizations, including six National Pan-Hellenic Council  fraternities and sororities, Future Business Leaders of America , and Key Club International   in the collaborative effort to improve maternal and infant health outcomes nationwide. “From community educational programs to fundraising events, our partners do more than just raise awareness of the organization’s critical mission—they help us save moms and babies through volunteering, fundraising, and advocacy,” Michaela said.  Tri Sigmas are encouraged to join the fight for healthy babies and moms in their local communities through a variety of ways: ·      Participate in a March for Babies  near you. ·      Register for March of Dimes Advocacy Action Alerts . ·      Volunteer for March of Dimes . ·      Connect with your local March of Dimes about leadership opportunities .   • Reatha Cox Elected Order of Omega International President

    Following its recent annual Board of Directors meeting, Order of Omega national honor society announced the election of Reatha Cole Cox, Alpha Zeta–Northwestern State University, as International President of its Board Executive Officers. Reatha brings decades of student affairs experience and long-standing involvement with Order of Omega. Professionally, she works as the Vice President for the First Year Experience and Leadership Development at Northwestern State University. Her dedication to values-based leadership and inclusive programming has shaped her vision for the organization’s future. As International President, she will guide strategic initiatives and strengthen partnerships across campuses nationwide. In addition to her longtime service service to both her local chapter and the national organization, Reatha is an Ever Forward Member of Tri Sigma and member of the Tri Sigma Foundation's Davis Society. Order of Omega is committed to recognizing high-achieving fraternity and sorority members who exemplify leadership, service, and academic excellence. The organization currently has over 590 active chapters across the United States, Canada, and The Bahamas.
