What do you want to do with your life?
It's one of the biggest questions we'll ever be asked and one of the hardest to answer.
Most people hear it and immediately freeze. They either dust off whatever they wanted to be in seventh grade, throw out "influencer" without a game plan, or panic because they have no idea what comes next. Then reality sets in: What if I choose wrong?
Whether you're exploring your first career step, searching for an internship in a new city, or simply trying to figure out what's next, it's easy to feel overwhelmed because the question itself is too big.
Here's the good news: you don't have to figure out the rest of your life. You just need enough clarity to take your next right step. This session will help you discover what matters most to you, identify the strengths you already have, and build a career direction you feel confident moving toward.
Participants will:
Understand the four stages of career design and identify where they are in the process.
Avoid the "apply to everything" trap by creating a focused career strategy that takes 10 minutes a day.
Translate leadership, volunteer, work, and campus experiences into skills that employers are looking for.
Learn how to use their resume strategically.
Develop a personalized action plan with practical next steps for continued career exploration and preparation.
