Micro-Volunteer Opportunities
Help celebrate the excellence of our members by serving as an Award Application Reader! Review and score collegiate applications (Nov. 16–Dec. 10) or alumnae applications (Dec. 16–Feb. 8) through our online platform using a provided rubric and guide. Training materials and optional tech support sessions will be available. Timely reviews ensure every outstanding Sigma is recognized!
Support collegiate chapters in setting meaningful, achievable goals as an Action Plan Coach! From December through February, chapters develop annual action plans based on their Chapter Experience Assessment data. Coaches review submissions (typically Jan. 15–Feb. 15) and provide feedback by March 1, with the option to host a follow-up Zoom conversation. A training session and sample review walkthrough will be provided—just bring your coaching mindset and commitment to Sigma’s growth.
Whenever Tri Sigma sisters come together, you can count on plenty of photo-worthy moments! For the 2026 Regional Leadership Academies, we’re seeking volunteers to help capture unforgettable moments and showcase their creative eye. Our staff will provide guidelines and a “shot list” to get you started—then it’s up to you to help us tell a story through photographs!

Possible staff or professional photographer to assist at larger events

It's not a Sigma event without the swag! Each event will feature a “ShopBox” from Purple & Pearls—but we need help setting up, monitoring inventory, and packing up. All transactions will take place from the buyer’s smartphone via QR code, so no retail experience is necessary! Purple & Pearls and staff will provide instructions for setup, sales and breakdown.
