Our programs are designed for various stages of membership with emerging leaders, volunteers, and seasoned professionals participating at all levels.
The Regional Academy is the ultimate destination for leadership excellence. This dynamic program is crafted to empower both collegiate and alumnae leaders with the skills and knowledge they need to confidently interact, adapt, and excel in their leadership roles. It serves as a cornerstone for fostering a vibrant and stable chapter while delivering an exceptional membership experience.

Tri Sigma’s Virtual Leadership Seminars offer a flexible and empowering learning experience, allowing members to take charge of their personal and leadership development through optional participation. The seminars offer scalable content for both collegians and alumna that caters to their unique needs and aspirations.
Each semester, VLS provides engaging, webinar-style seminars that dive deep into key components of the membership development framework. These curated sessions are informative and interactive, providing practical tools members can immediately apply to their life and leadership journey.
Essential Sigma is Tri Sigma’s dedicated learning management system, providing a centralized platform to host, manage, and track all of our valuable programs. It's the cornerstone of our commitment to accessible, organized, and efficient learning, offering a seamless experience for members as they embark on their personal and professional development journey within Tri Sigma.
Member Success Series (Collegians)
The Member Success Series is a comprehensive online program crafted to empower members with the essential tools, skills, and insights required for both personal and professional development. Featuring nine annual offerings, the series provides a well-structured and easily accessible pathway to personal growth, nurturing a sense of purpose and fostering a member-first culture of excellence and advocacy.
Officers and advisors have the flexibility to choose from a range of topics within the series and encourage their chapter members to enroll in the Essential Sigma course, which serves as the primary source for learning. Collegiate chapter leaders also receive an in-person debrief guide, enabling them to facilitate meaningful discussions within the chapter.
Steadfast Series (Alumnae and volunteers)
The Steadfast Series is designed exclusively for Tri Sigma’s dedicated alumnae and volunteers. This unique series focuses on lifelong learning and encourages continuous personal and professional growth. As an added benefit, participating in the Steadfast Series earns Continuing Education Credits which recognize members’ dedication to ongoing education.
Alumnae have access to a variety of engaging opportunities and impactful microlearning sessions that provide essential organizational updates. The series also includes standalone opportunities covering a range of topics, including Tri Sigma’s ritual, inclusive excellence, and our partnership with March of Dimes.
Competency Certifications
Competency Certifications are structured and progressive learning programs tailored to support members' growth and development. Courses address areas of critical need based on findings from the membership assessment, and the competencies are based off three creed-based themes: values-based, resiliency and enablement.
The new competencies provide a wide range of essential skills: social excellence, human dignity, well-being, self-awareness, communication, and organizational leadership. Members enroll in courses through Essential Sigma, and as they complete each lesson, they progress to the next program in the series. Upon completion, members earn a badge and a certificate.
Lifelong Learning Library
The Lifelong Learning Library within Essential Sigma provides versatile programs designed to support ongoing education and personal development for our members. This allows Sigmas to continuously earn credits as they engage with a variety of optional and required programs.
The library is carefully curated to provide content based on where members are at in their membership journey. Collegians, alumnae, and volunteers will all find relevant resources to enhance their knowledge and skills within the Lifelong Learning Library.
Tri Sigma’s onboarding programs blend the convenience of e-learning with the richness of group interaction to equip members for success in their role within the organization.
