Assistant Executive Director

Focuses on technology development and the support of collegiate department staff and volunteers. She oversees the implementation of collegiate related strategic goals, technology long-range plan, and partners with various National Volunteers including Housing, Financial Services, and Risk Management.

Chris Smithhisler, ΙΑ

Assistant Vice President, Education and Training

Chris leads the development, implementation and assessment of Tri Sigma’s character education initiative and leadership programs. Specific areas that Chris manages are the Essential Sigma program, Service Immersion program, Character Counts! Week, the Awards process and large scale Assessment initiatives. She supervises the Assistant Director of Education and Leadership.

Tiffany Curtis, ΑΧ

Director of Chapter Services

Tiffany oversees all collegiate processes, procedures and new initiatives. She also supervises the Assistant Directors of Chapter Services, and can assist with questions about most facets of collegiate chapter operations if a chapters Asst Director or Regional Consultant is out of the office. The Director of Chapter Services also conducts Risk Management investigations; produces collegiate chapter resources and a variety of projects to benefit chapter development.

Director of Marketing and Communications

Mallory oversees all multi-media elements of Tri Sigma’s communications which include the national magazine, The Triangle, print interactive, the website, social media, and public relations. She is also responsible for Tri Sigma’s online boutique, Purple and Pearls.

Jesi Wilcox

Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications

Jesi is involved in both marketing and design efforts for the organization. She serves as the central marketing resource for collegiate and alumnae chapters, creates in-house graphic design and promotional materials, and supports marketing materials for our new chapters and leadership programs.

Misty Fingar, ΦΜ

Director of New Chapter Development

This position is responsible for the success of new colonies and the stability of newly installed chapters. Misty collaborates with the expansion department on recruitment planning and colony marketing, coaches colony members and advisors on skills to meet installation goals, and works to ensure a healthy transition to chapter life and achieving accreditation goals. Misty works with the Old Dominion University (Fall 2015) and Oakland University (Fall 2015). She also oversees Alpha Omicron (Arkansas), Alpha Delta (Pennsylvania), Alpha Gamma (Kansas), Beta Beta (Missouri), Delta Eta (Indiana), Epsilon Gamma (Michigan), Theta Gamma (Illinois), Theta Epsilon (Nevada), and Theta Zeta (Ohio).

The Assistant Director of Extension is critical to the growth of the sorority and would work to pursue extension opportunities, develop plans for colonization through Bid Day, collaborate with a team of extension volunteers, and work to ensure that the organization is growing in areas identified and meeting our strategic initiatives.

Assistant Director of Education and Leadership

Melissa leads the development, implementation, and assessment of educational and leadership initiatives for Tri Sigma’s collegiate and alumnae members. She is responsible for enhancing and updating the Essential Sigma and all online educational programs. In addition, Melissa serves as the main contact for the Dunham Women of Character Institute, the Officer Academy program, Volunteer & Alumnae Engage and our UIFI scholarship selection process.

The Assistant Director of Membership Growth and Development is responsible for the development and management of a project plan written to support chapters who need specialized support to be at campus total. Volunteer Engagement Coordinator

The Volunteer Engagement Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of the Volunteer Enrichment Plan. The Volunteer Enrichment Plan encompasses the health and success of Tri Sigma’s National Volunteer Program, including Recruitment and Placement, Training and Development, Evaluation, and Recognition. The position is also responsible for a team of volunteers who will drive the success of the Enrichment Plan.

Toni Dinges, ΑΥ

Alumnae Membership Coordinator

Toni maintains Tri Sigma’s rosters for our Alumnae chapters, collects Alumnae Chapter reports as well as processes Golden Violets and Circle Degrees. She is responsible for reinstatements and terminations of alumnae members and processing new Alumnae chapters. The Alumnae Membership Coordinator also processes Volunteer Service Applications and records Collegiate Advisory Board and National Officers appointments and resignations.

The Distribution Coordinator is responsible for the distribution of all information and materials to Tri Sigma members and collegiate and alumnae chapters; processes scholarship ring orders; fills supply orders; fills ritual orders; and sends supplies for colonizations and installations of new chapters.

Collegiate Membership Coordinator

Dianna Jett can answer your questions regarding new member, badge orders, transfer information, terminations, roster changes and all collegiate fomrs on Chapter Portal. She assists the Risk Management Director in the Chapter Supervision program and will also be helping the Assistant Directors with collecting information from collegiate chapters.

Linda May,

Accountant

Linda processes all accounts payable and payroll. She manages the CCF and Loyalty Fund accounts, including withdrawals and loans. Linda is responsible for all accounting functions, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, annual audits and general questions.
