Organizational Structure Committee

An Organizational Structure Committee was appointed by National President, Laura Sweet at our last convention.  This committee has been hard at work and has conducted extensive research regarding the feasibility of a structure change while collectively working to find a mutually beneficial structure that will align within the strategic plan of Sigma Sigma Sigma.  A variety of resources were utilized in the research and development of this proposed structure.   View Organizational Chart Here

The Committee hosted multiple webinars with National Officers, Chapter Advisors and Alumnae Chapter Presidents in an effort to educate our membership with these important changes.

The Committee also solicited feedback from our membership through a survey in an effort to understand any concerns or constructive feedback.
